Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Manage counter team and daily task planning
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Handle customer issues and resolve quickly
- Support stock checks and basic reporting
Requirements
- Experience in retail/food shop operations preferred

Sweet Maker (Mishti)

Prepare and finish classic Bengali sweets with consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Daily production of core sweet items
- Maintain recipe consistency and portion control
- Follow hygiene and food safety practices
- Support inventory usage and wastage control
Requirements
- Hands-on sweet making experience preferred
- Attention to cleanliness and quality
- Ability to work early shifts when needed
